Christmas Blessing 2026
This year, our annual Christmas Giveaway is getting a new name:
The Clothing Project Christmas Blessing.
Each year, two local whanau who have had an especially tough year, are chosen by our partner organisations to receive a little extra love from their community.
This is one of the most special things we do each year, but we simply can't make it happen without our community behind us.
What we try to provide each year:
Brand new Christmas presents for each child
A Clothing Project gift box of clothing and essentials for each child
A little something special for the parent/caregiver
A grocery voucher for the whanau

How can you help?
Donate clothing
If you'd like to help fill their Clothing Project gift boxes, you can donate quality clothing (gently preloved or new) in the children's sizes. See below for the sizes we require.
Buy a gift
Want to choose a present yourself? See below for the ages of the children, or get in touch with us if you'd like to be matched with a gift to purchase.
Donate wrapping supplies
Wrapping paper, gift bags, gift tags, ribbon and other Christmas wrapping supplies are always welcome!
Volunteer your time
We'll need plenty of helping hands when it comes time to wrap all those presents! If you'd like to join us for a wrapping session, get in touch!
Rally your community
Why not organise a little fundraiser through your workplace, club, school or community group? Every dollar raised will help us make Christmas a little more magical for two local whānau.

This is the easiest way to help. Your donation allows us to purchase gifts specifically chosen for each child, making sure they receive something they'll genuinely love. See below for our bank details.
